Cancellation / Refund Policy

(주)온오퍼 ("the Company") operates the following withdrawal, cancellation, and refund policy in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and related laws.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This policy applies to paid payments for software (Figma plugins, desktop tools, etc.), licenses, and subscription services provided by the Company.

Products are categorized as (1) one-time payment (perpetual license) or (2) recurring billing (monthly/annual subscription).

Article 2 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

A User may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of payment (or the date the digital content was supplied). If provision of the content has not commenced (e.g., the license has not been used), a full refund is provided within this period.

Article 3 (Restrictions on Withdrawal)

Withdrawal may be restricted under Article 17, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce in the following cases. The Company clearly notifies Users at the payment stage of any facts restricting withdrawal, and does not restrict withdrawal where such notice or other required measures have not been given.

  • Where provision of the content has commenced through downloading, running, or activating the software after the license key was issued
  • Where the goods have been lost or damaged due to a cause attributable to the User
  • Where the license has already been used, in a manner equivalent to damaging the packaging of a reproducible good

However, withdrawal remains possible for any divisible portion of the content whose provision has not yet commenced.

Article 4 (Withdrawal Where Content Differs from Advertisement or Contract)

Where the content of the goods differs from what was advertised or from the contract terms, the User may withdraw within 3 months from the date of supply, or within 30 days from the date the User became aware, or could reasonably have become aware, of such fact.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund of Recurring Billing (Subscription))

  • A subscription may be cancelled at any time by the User directly through 'My Account'; upon cancellation, automatic billing stops starting from the next billing cycle.
  • The current paid period may continue to be used normally until its expiration date.
  • Upon mid-term cancellation, the Company refunds the remaining charge after deducting the amount corresponding to the period already used and a prescribed cancellation fee, in accordance with the Guidelines for the Protection of Digital Content Users and the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards.
  • Where the Company's refund policy is less favorable to the User than applicable law or the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, such law and standards shall prevail.

Article 6 (Cancellation of Payment by a Minor)

Where a minor makes a payment without the consent of their legal representative, the minor or their legal representative may cancel that payment. However, cancellation may be restricted where, for example, the minor made the payment using property that the legal representative had permitted them to dispose of within a defined scope.

Article 7 (Refunds Due to Cause Attributable to the Company)

Where normal use of the service is impossible due to a cause attributable to the Company, such as a service outage or payment error, the User may request a full refund, and the Company will process it according to the refund procedure for the relevant payment method.

Article 8 (Refund Procedure and Processing Period)

  • Refund requests are accepted through customer support (ai@onoffer.kr / 070-4366-1899).
  • The Company takes the measures necessary for a refund within 3 business days from the date it receives the User's expression of intent to withdraw or cancel.
  • Card payments are processed by cancelling the card issuer's authorization; the actual refund may take additional time depending on the card issuer.
